To be eligible for a refund or return, the following conditions must be strictly met:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be in its original, sealed, and unopened packaging.
The product must be sent back to our provided return address in Lahore, Pakistan.
Products that are opened, tampered with, or used will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If you wish to return your order:
Contact us via email or phone within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will share the return shipping address with you.
You will be responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product to our location at your own cost.
We will inspect the item upon arrival to confirm it is unopened and undamaged.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
The product is opened or unsealed.
The return request is made after 7 days of receiving the order.
The product is damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging.
You fail to provide proof of purchase or tracking information for the return shipment.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return the item as per this policy and place a new order separately.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the product is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
